I make every effort to accurately represent my artwork and products on this website.

Because many of my works are handmade or individually produced, slight variations may occur in terms of:

• Pattern

• Size

• Finish

• Materials

Such variations are not considered defects where they are a natural result of the handmade or artistic process.

3. Purchases

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Circumstances beyond my reasonable control

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, you will be refunded the amount paid for the cancelled order.

I do not directly store complete payment card information.

Because artwork and creative products may be individually produced, return and refund eligibility may vary depending on the item.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or agreed upon in writing, custom or commissioned artwork is non-refundable once production has begun.

For damaged or incorrect orders, please contact me as soon as possible after delivery and provide photographs and relevant order information so that the issue can be reviewed.

Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

7. Commissions

Commission requests submitted through the website are inquiries and do not automatically create a contract or guarantee that a commission will be accepted.

Before work begins, the scope of the project, price, payment schedule, timeline, materials, deliverables, and other relevant terms will be agreed upon with the client.

A deposit or full payment may be required before work begins.

Once a commission has entered production, changes to the original concept may result in additional fees or changes to the delivery timeline.

8. Commission Approval and Revisions

The client is responsible for providing accurate information, references, measurements, specifications, and other materials necessary for the commission.

The number of revisions included in a commission will be agreed upon before work begins.

Significant changes requested after approval of the concept may be treated as additional work and may incur additional charges.

9. Commission Cancellation

If a client cancels a commission after work has begun, the client may be responsible for payment for work already completed and materials already purchased.

The specific cancellation and refund terms for a commission may be established in the individual commission agreement.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all artwork, designs, photographs, illustrations, patterns, written content, videos, graphics, logos, and other creative materials displayed on this website remain the intellectual property of Aichoucha Haidara.

Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright or intellectual property rights in that artwork to the buyer.

The buyer may own the physical artwork but may not reproduce, sell reproductions of, commercially exploit, or otherwise use the artwork as their own without written permission.

11. Commissioned Artwork and Copyright

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, copyright in commissioned artwork remains with Aichoucha Haidara.

Commission clients receive ownership of the physical artwork or agreed deliverable, but not the underlying copyright.

I may photograph or document completed commissions for my portfolio, website, social media, exhibitions, publications, or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed with the client.

If a commission requires confidentiality or restrictions on promotional use, those terms should be agreed upon before the project begins.

You may view and use this website for personal and informational purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit artwork, images, designs, text, or other content from this website without prior written permission.
